Sesame Beef, Brown Rice, and Cucumber Salad

Jambalaya and Southern- Style Green Beans
Spaghetti Bolognese and Green Salad

Seafood:
Fish Tacos and Avocado Cream, Black Bean & Corn Salsa, and Green Salad
Soy-Honey Salmon, Garlic Green Beans, and Sweet Potatoes
Chutney-Glazed Salmon w/ Colcannon
Citrus Cod, Couscous, and Roasted Brussels Sprout
