Pesto and Sun-dried Tomato Mayo
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of pesto, homemade or jarred
  • 1 tablespoon of sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Stir ingredients together and allow to sit for a few minutes for flavors to meld. (*This is really good with French fries, too.)
Roasted Asparagus
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, prepared
  • 2 tablespoons of Montreal steak seasoning
  • Olive oil (*I have a mister that I fill with olive oil.)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare asparagus by breaking of the ends of the asparagus stalks. They should easily and naturally break off at the appropriate point. Place asparagus on grill pan.
