BREAKFAST

Bagels and Cream Cheese
High Protein Fruit Smoothies

LUNCH

Dinner Leftovers
Peanut Butter/Jelly Sandwiches with Veggies and Fruit
Baked Chicken Nuggets, Carrot Sticks and Apple Sauce

DINNER

Monday:
Blue Cheese and Bacon Burgers on Onion Buns, Crashed Sweet Potatoes and Roasted Green Beans

Tuesday:
Chicken and Sausage Gumbo*, Brown Rice, and Veggie Tray w/ dip
(*Make triple batch: 1 to eat, 1 to freeze, 1 to take to neighbor.)

Wednesday:
Tacos, Slow Cooker Refried Beans, and Mexican Coleslaw

Thursday:
Crock pot Bean Soup* with Cornbread
(*Make double batch to freeze for another meal.)

Friday:
Mom’s Night Out/Dad’s Cooking
Lasagna, Caesar Salad, Garlic Bread

Saturday:
Breakfast for Dinner – Soaked Oatmeal Pancakes , Bacon and Fruit

Sunday:
Pastor’s Prayer Retreat
