Thirty Days of Thanksgiving: Day 18 – Sacred Conversations

This is part of a series called “Thirty Days of Thanksgiving”.

A compilation of what I am most thankful. In no certain order. Just those things most near and dear to me.

I continue to be thankful for the blessing and privilege in having sacred conversations with my children. Conversations about forgiveness and salvation and real life — eternal life in Christ.  Hearing them proclaim, “Jesus is my Savior!” Witnessing their baptisms. Participating in their spiritual formation journey.  Listening to them recite Bible verses and heartfelt prayers.  Watching them grow in their faith and closer to God.  Seeing them put their faith into action in their daily lives. Learning from them as they teach me about grace and forgiveness.

Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity.
