Menu Plan Monday: October 10-October 16

 

 

Monday:
Crock Pot Bolognese Sauce, Whole Wheat Pasta, & “Just Like Olive Garden” Salad

Tuesday:
Chicken Stir Fry, Brown Rice, Sesame Green Beans

Wednesday:
Leftovers

Thursday:
Pork Green Chile Stew, Rice, and Corn Tortillas
(When we lived in Denver, we were introduced to hatch-roasted chilies. Near our home, we could purchase an enormous amount at a roadside stand. Since my supply is about to run out, I need to find a new source! They are amazing!)

Friday:
Dinner at a friends’ home! 🙂

Saturday:
Breakfast for Dinner: Soaked Oatmeal Pancakes, Bacon and Scrambled Eggs
(Make enough pancakes for breakfast on Sunday.)

Sunday:
Jon’s Request: Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, Brown Rice and Veggie Tray
