Monday:
Homemade Pad Thai
[Used several recipes as guides; it was yummy!]

Tuesday:
Daddy Date w/ kids to Lego Store.
[Pack sack dinners.]
Mom: Ceasar Salad w/ Chicken
{Planning Ahead: Vegetarian Lentil Chili}

Wednesday:
Vegetarian Lentil Chili, Sliced Apples and Crackers
{Planning Ahead: Make snack and/or dessert for  First Friday Life Group}

Thursday:
*Crock Pot Taco Soup w/ Toppings (cilantro, diced tomatoes, purple onions, cheese and sour cream) & Tortillas
{Planning Ahead: Defrost chicken drumsticks}

Friday
Leftovers: Soup Night
[First Friday Life Group at our home. Snacks and desserts to share.]

Saturday
 Baked Spicy Curry Masala Chicken Drumsticks, Whole Grain Pilaf,  Brown Sugar Glazed Acorn Squash
{Planning Ahead: Make Soaked Oatmeal Pancakes}

Sunday
Breakfast for Dinner: Soaked Oatmeal Pancakes, Hickory Smoked Bacon and Fruit
