Monday:

*Asian-Style BBQ Ribs* Roasted Broccoli w/ Sesame Dressing, Cilantro Carrots and Coconut (Brown) Rice
(*This recipe is a guide.  I’m adding some ingredients like Sweet Chili Sauce, Szechuan Spicy Stir Fry Sauce, etc. and using Country Style Ribs.) 

Tuesday:

LifePoint Staff Meeting Dinner

Sloppy Joe Sliders, Salad Sides (Green Salad, Couscous Salad, Fruit Salad), Chips and Dessert

Wednesday:

Leftovers

Thursday:

Fakes Soupa (Greek Lentil Soup), Greek SaladCrusty Bread and Herbed Feta Butter

Friday:

Lasagna and Chopped Italian Salad

Saturday:

Fish Tacos,  Homemade Refried Beans, Jicama Slaw

Sunday: 

Tuna Fish Croquettes,  Mac n’ Cheese, & Carrot Sticks w/ Ranch
