Monday:

Baked Tilapia w/ Garlic ButterOrzo w/ Parmesan & Basil, Italian Style Green Beans


Tuesday:

Vegetarian Lentil Chili w/ toppings (cheese, onions, sour cream, tomatoes and olives) and Southwest Cornbread


Wednesday:

Chicken Nuggets, Macaroni and Cheese, Carrots and Sugar Snap Peas w/ Dip


Thursday:

Lasagna, Green Salad and Garlic Bread


Friday:

Daddy’s Dinner Delight (Mom’s in Class)


Saturday:

Breakfast for Dinner: Waffles, Bacon and Scrambled Eggs


Sunday:

Beef Stroganoff, Buttered Egg Noodles, and English Peas

  1. I’m going to make the Vegetarian Lentil Chili this week. We have lots of beans on hand and my husband LOVES lentils. I made the “Sloppy Lentils” a week or so ago and they were a hit (though they took forever to cook). Such a great way to get protein without having to eat tons of meat! Can’t wait to try this!
