Menu Plan Monday: Feb. 14-Feb. 20


Monday: Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

(A few family members are not feeling well, and they requested Chicken Noodle Soup tonight. Although it’s not the typical Valentine’s Day meal, hopefully it will help them to feel better soon! )

Tuesday: Lentil Chili with Quinoa

(Didn’t get around to making this last week, and my husband requested it for dinner tomorrow. So, it’s on the menu again! πŸ™‚ Crystal, over at “Money Saving Mom” incorporated this into her meal plan a couple of weeks ago. I hope her family enjoyed it!)

Wednesday: Leftovers

Thursday: Slow Cooker Taco Soup

Friday: Spaghetti and Homemade Meat Sauce, Salad and Parmesan Bread Sticks

Saturday: “Breakfast for Dinner” Biscuits and Egg Gravy with Fruit

Sunday: “Cooking with the Kids” Crispy Chickpeas with Ground Meat, Moroccan Raw Carrot Salad and Moroccan Batbout and Jennifer’s Moroccan Tea

(“Crispy Chickpeas with Ground Meat” is taken from The Essential New York Times Cookbook. Also, looking forward to making batbout for the first. It is a Moroccan flat bread. If it’s bread, I eat it! I have a ‘thang’ for bread! πŸ™‚ )
