Monday: DATE NIGHT! Arugula Pesto and Pasta, Micro-Green Salad with Tomato Vinaigrette

***Make Jambalaya to take to a friend tomorrow!

Tuesday: Crockpot Lentil Soup served over Quinoa

Wednesday: Chicken and Bacon Corn Chowder , crackers and apple slices


Friday: Chili served over Brown Rice with Toppings (Olives, Cheese, Green Onions, Tomatoes)

Saturday: Ginger Glazed Salmon with Peach Chutney, Whole Grain Pilaf,  and Green Salad with Sesame Vinaigrette

Sunday: Spicy Baked Chicken, Spanish Rice, and Homemade Refried Beans
