Monday: (Family Day) Hamburgers, Chips and Grapes.
Tuesday: Jambalaya, Creole Black-Eyed Peas, Broccoli and Cornbread.
Wednesday: Leftovers and/or Sandwiches.
Thursday: (Taking Dinner to a Friend) Gumbo and Rice, French Bread
Friday: Salmon, Rice Pilaf and Green Beans
Saturday: (Picnic with Friends) Pasta Salad, Carrot Sticks and Hummus
Sunday: Dinner in Seattle with a friend from highschool, who I haven’t seen in nearly 20 years! So excited!
