Menu Plan Monday: August 30-September 5

Monday:(My daughter selected the menu.) Homemade Pizza (I use Whole Wheat Flour), Olive Garden Salad and Nutella Rice Krispie Treats

Tuesday: Freezer Meal/Soup

Wednesday: Freezer Meal/ Pinto Beans with Rice and Carrot Sticks w/ Yogurt & Spinach Dip.

Thursday: Talapia with Tomatoes and Basil, Parmesan Couscous and Italian Green Greans.

Friday: (Friends over for dinner) Maple Salmon, Pumpkin Polenta, and Sesame & Ginger Broccoli OR Crawfish/Shrimp Fettuccine.

Saturday: (Breakfast for dinner) Spinach Frittata, Whole Wheat Toast, and Fresh Fruit.

Sunday: Kids’ Choice
