Tuesday: Freezer Meal/Soup
Wednesday: Freezer Meal/ Pinto Beans with Rice and Carrot Sticks w/ Yogurt & Spinach Dip.
Thursday: Talapia with Tomatoes and Basil, Parmesan Couscous and Italian Green Greans.
Saturday: (Breakfast for dinner) Spinach Frittata, Whole Wheat Toast, and Fresh Fruit.
Sunday: Kids’ Choice
