Menu Plan Monday: August 23-29

Monday: Pinto Beans and Rice. Peach Crisp.

Tuesday: Dinner at a Friends’ House.

Wednesday: Baked Chicken with Rice Pilaf and Glazed Carrots

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Mrs. Janet Moore’s Crawfish/Shrimp Fettuccini, Broccoli, and French Bread.

(Friends coming over for dinner. This recipe is amazing and is a hit with all ages. It’s one of my favorites from my “adopted” college family.)

Saturday: Crockpot Beef and Vegetable Soup.

(Making enough to freeze for another meal.)

Sunday: Jambalaya and Green Salad.

(Friends coming over for dinner.)
