Meal Plan Monday: Aug. 1-Aug. 7

Although this week is filled with activity (meetings, lessons and a conference), we are trying to eat as many meals from home (or packing food) as we can. This week, my husband helped me put the menu together. I am very blessed because he is such an adventurous eater, eating anything I cook. Having traveled to many countries, we both enjoy trying new foods. This week, we are having Mujadar, which is considered a staple in several Middle Eastern countries. As well, we are having a Morrocan Chicken.

Monday: Sandwiches, Fruit and Veggies

Tuesday: Mujadar and Pita Bread with Roasted Cauliflower

Wednesday: Morrocan Style Baked Chicken with Couscous and Vegetable Tray and Yogurt Dip

Thursday: Breakfast for Dinner-Oatmeal Pancakes, Scrambled Eggs and Fruit)

Friday: Conference-Picnic Lunch/Out-to-Eat for Dinner

Saturday: Conference-Picnic Lunch
