Sunday: Sunday Night Supper with Friends. Spaghetti Bolognese, CopyCat Olive Garden Salad, Bread Sticks.
Tuesday: Tuna Fish Patties, Sweet Potato Fries and Veggie Tray
Wednesday: BBQ with friends
Thursday: Lasagna and Salad
Friday: Attending a conference, so no cooking.
Saturday: Breakfast for Dinner
This week, I am reading two food-related books: The $5 Dinner Mom Cookbook and Come to the Table: The Slow Food Way of Living. Looking forward to reading both of these and trying out some of the recipes in the coming weeks.
Also, I must post the Crab and Butternut Squash Macaroni and Cheese, which was amazing. My kids even gave it ‘two thumbs up’.
