Menu Plan Monday: 5/9-5/15

Breakfast

Hot/Cold Cereals, Eggs & Toast, Pancakes, Grapefruit, Breakfast Burritos, Whole Grain Breakfast Cookies, etc.

Lunch

Green Salad (we keep one made up in the fridge), Veggie Tray, Cheese and Crackers, Soup, Leftovers, etc.

Dinner

Sunday: It’s Mother’s Day. Jon cooked dinner!

Monday: Pasta w/Canellini Beans and Kale and Green Salad

Tuesday: Turkey Meatloaf, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, and Garlic Green Beans.

Wednesday: Tuna Melts

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Homemade Pizza

Saturday: Spicy Baked Tahini Chicken, Brown Coconut Rice from Vegan Soul Kitchen and Stir-fried Vegetables
