Menu Plan Monday: April 12-17

Monday- Leftovers (I am teaching piano and voice lessons from 2pm-8:30pm tonight, so the Fam. is on their own!)

Tuesday-Breakfast for Dinner/Pancakes and Scrambled Eggs

Wednesday-Soup and Salad (I have several that I have frozen, so it will be a quick, easy meal.)

Thursday-Whole Wheat Pasta and Meat Sauce (I cook and freeze seasoned ground beef. It is so easy to take out and have a meal complete in minutes.)

Friday-Chicken Curry and Baingan Bharta (Eggplant Curry) with homemade Roti
